Home About

I received my Master’s in Social Work from New York University. I am a member of the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals. I believe every person is resilient and has the capacity to heal. I have been working with individuals with eating disorders for over 15 years. Although my career has specialized in eating disorders, I am also highly skilled working with clients with trauma, self harm, depression, anxiety and grief issues. I have pursued training in several therapeutic modalities. I understand the challenges individuals and families face and want to work collaboratively while offering a safe space to support you on your journey.

My therapy modalities include dialectical behavioral therapy, inter personal therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment-based therapy and mindfulness. I use a trauma-informed, strengths-based collaborative approach. Currently in my practice I offer individual therapy to adolescents, college age students and adults. I also provide family therapy and parent support when needed.
